Shipping Policy

How fulfillment works

Every item is printed and assembled to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners and then shipped directly to you. There is no warehouse step, which keeps quality high and waste low. Your order moves through two phases: production, then transit.

Production time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Larger or framed items may take slightly longer. You will receive an email when your order enters production and again when it ships.

Shipping time and carriers

After production, standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–8 business days via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the product and your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore about 5–13 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can extend delivery times beyond our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also look up your order status at any time using your order number and email on our order-tracking page. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to begin updating after the label is created.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the product and destination. Where a flat rate or free shipping is offered, it is reflected in the order total at checkout.

Destinations and customs

We currently ship within the United States. Where international shipping is offered, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or if an item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days at support@larkbrands.com and we will help — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
