Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from this store, which is operated by Agentically Inc., 1875 Mission St, Ste 103, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States ("we", "us", "the store"). By browsing this store, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this store. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Products are made to order

Every item we sell is produced on demand specifically for your order through our third-party print and fulfillment partners. Nothing is pre-stocked. Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, custom and made-to-order goods are treated as final sale except where a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Product images are representative. Colors, framing, paper stock, and finishing may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor calibration and the nature of print production. Such minor variation is not a defect.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout where required. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; card data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — and to refund any amount already charged in such cases.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we send fulfillment to our production partner and email you a confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order for any lawful reason. A confirmation of receipt does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — including product designs, images, text, and this store's name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Agentically Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without prior written permission. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in the United States, except where applicable consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
